Office of the University President

Office of the University President

The Office of the University President is one of the departments directly affiliated with His Excellency the University President.
This office provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial services to all entities within the university, as well as coordination and communication with other government agencies regarding university-related matters.
In addition, it is responsible for receiving visitors and correspondents from both within and outside the university.

Entity Roles
  • Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the university that are in line with its mission and vision.
  • Overseeing the university budget, including allocating funds to various departments, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring financial sustainability.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, alumni, government officials, community leaders, and industry partners
  • Develop and review university policies and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This includes areas such as academic integrity.
  • Work closely with deans, department heads, and faculty to set academic standards, develop new programs, and enhance curricula.
  • Engage in fundraising activities, develop donor relationships, and seek grants to support university initiatives, infrastructure, and scholarships.
